🌊✨Sound Healing & Meditation by the Shore
with Oceana Yoga
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and guided meditation by the ocean at Ebb Tide Park in Shell Beach. Held on Friday evenings at sunset, this unique experience combines the natural rhythm of the ocean with immersive sound, breath, and presence.
Participants will wear headphones during the yin yoga and meditation portion, allowing you to fully drop into the practice while still being held by the soothing backdrop of waves, salt air, and golden light.
Using gentle guidance, intentional silence, and curated crystal bowl sound healing elements, this session is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity and grounding.
As the sun sets and the tide shifts, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and tune inward — supported by both nature and community. No prior experience with yoga, meditation or sound healing is necessary. This practice is accessible, nurturing, and open to all levels.

Park on the public street of Ebb Tide Ln - it is a roundabout street. From there, walk towards the ocean; there is a walkway to a grassy bluff. Turn left, and you will see us set up on the grassy bluff.
