Join me for a 90 minute session of relaxing slow Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation.
🤷‍♀️ What is yin yoga?
A slow practice using simple poses that we can comfortably hold for 3 minutes. Everyone’s position will be slightly different depending on your body. You decide how deep to go into the pose, and we use blocks to support us. I will guide you gently for 45 minutes.
This brings many benefits:
✨physically - improves motion and flexibility by working our deep tissues and joints.
✨energetically - activates the para sympathetic nervous system (rest + digest mode)
✨emotionally - when the heart rate slows, blood pressure comes down, mind is restful it reduces stress.
Followed by 45 minutes of ethereal sound healing. Listening to the sound of the bowls, relaxes you into a meditative state. Letting go of any stress or tension. Allowing you to leave feeling refreshed and renewed 🙏😇🕉️
