Step out of the busyness of everyday life and enter a space of stillness, softness and sound.
This deeply restorative session weaves together gentle Yin Yoga, guided awareness and therapeutic sound to support relaxation, energetic balance and inner calm.
Yin Yoga (with Veronica Winter) involves simple floor-based postures, supported with cushions and bolsters, held comfortably for longer periods to encourage release in the body’s deeper connective tissues and invite the nervous system into rest. No previous yoga experience is needed, and the practice is accessible to beginners.
As the body softens, you will be immersed in soothing sound vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other healing instruments, creating a meditative sound journey that can help quiet the mind, ease tension and restore a sense of harmony.
This session may support you to:
- Release stress and deeply relax
- Improve flexibility and energetic flow
- Soothe the nervous system
- Cultivate mindfulness and inner awareness
- Receive the restorative benefits of sound healing
Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable (a yoga mat if you have one, blanket, cushion, and water).
