Hello everyone!I’m super excited to invite you to a special afternoon during my summer tour: Yin Yoga followed by a relaxing Gong bath!
We’ll begin with a slow and gentle Yin Yoga session with Annette. Yin Yoga is all about holding poses longer to stretch deep tissues and really let go of tension. It’s great to calm the nervous system and get your body and mind ready for total relaxation.
After that, I’ll guide you through a gong bath — a soothing sound journey with gongs and other instruments. Just lie down, breathe, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. It’s the perfect way to clear your head and feel deeply rested.
No previous yoga or meditation experience needed — everyone is welcome!

Annette runs Il Giardino Yoga and has years of experience teaching yoga with a warm and caring approach. She specializes in Yin Yoga and many other styles.
About Alejandro:
I’m Alejandro, a Swiss-Venezuelan sound healer and artist. Since 2016, I’ve been sharing sound therapy combined with breathwork and movement to create unique, healing experiences.
