Bio : Laura Hedges
Laura is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) with over 14 years of experience and a BFA in dance. She’s certified in vinyasa, yin, restorative, prenatal yoga, as well as breath work and sound healing. With a strong foundation in creative movement and holistic wellness, Laura blends breath, alignment, and flow to help others feel grounded, joyful, and connected. She also holds certifications in holistic health and aromatherapy and is passionate about guiding others toward a healthier, more vibrant life.
