Now imagine watercolors and paper right beside your mat as an invitation to express what your body has been holding without words.In this workshop, you'll experience the deep release of yin yoga as the nervous system shifts from doing to being. As sensations and insights arise, you'll have the freedom to paint, draw, or simply let color move across paper in whatever way feels true, using intuitive painting as a bridge between sensation and expression.
No artistic skill required. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore what wants to emerge when we give the body permission to be heard. All art supplies are included. No prior yoga or art experience needed.
