Each month explores a new theme inspired by the seasons, elements, or chakras and more, creating a fresh and meaningful focus for your practice.
Enjoy gentle, floor-based yin and restorative poses followed by a calming sound meditation with crystal bowls and soothing instruments filling the space with healing vibrations to calm your mind and uplift your spirit.
