Join Janet as she takes you through a series of slow yoga poses that allows you to find stillness in the stretch and release the fascia. Poses are held for 3-10 minutes. Bonny accompanies the class with crystal sound bowls. The frequencies allow your body and mind to relax deeper into each of the stretches.
