Nourish yourself with our monthly Yin Yoga and Relaxation class.Yin Yoga is the opposite and complement of yang style yoga such a vinyasa flows. It works by switching off the muscles in a completely passive way, accessing the fascia and connective tissue.
The class will help to release deep set physical stress and tension whilst also relaxing and calming the mind. Designed to provide a selection of different nurturing practices to relax and rejuvenate both body and mind, these yoga classes are suitable for all levels.
The poses may be held for several minutes, allowing muscles to fully relax, and to feel a sense of openness.
The session ends with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (Yoga sleep practice) that taps in to your subconscious, great for soothing the nervous system and also a chance to set new goals and intentions personal to you.
