What to Expect:
Props provided, but feel free to bring your mat and water bottle.
Dress comfortably in layers.
Arrive by 3:50 PM to settle in for the experience.
Yoga is from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, followed by an optional 15-20 minutes of sound healing for added sound and stillness.
