Led by the experienced Iva Chu (teacher subject to change based on availability), this class delves into the ancient practice of Yin Yoga, a gentle yet powerful style that targets the deep connective tissues of the body.
Through long-held, passive postures, you'll gently stretch and release fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints, promoting increased flexibility, mobility, and joint health. This grounding practice also stimulates the flow of energy along the body's meridians, nourishing and revitalizing your internal organs for an overall sense of well-being.
Alongside Yin poses, the class may include guided meditation and soft flowing movements to further integrate the energetic benefits of the practice.
Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those who are pregnant. It's a perfect way to unwind, release tension, and find a deeper connection to your body and mind.
