Join Kari for Yin Yoga Wednesdays at 5:15pm!During this class you may hold a yoga pose anywhere from 30 seconds up to 5 minutes. This class will deepen your connection with your body and mind; relaxing the racing thoughts in your head and relieve stress in your body. We will also explore meditation and breathwork practices. As always, listen to your body and take whatever pose your body is asking for to your comfort level.
