The unique classs combines the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga with the dynamic flow of Yang Yoga. You'll enjoy deep, passive stretches that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and inner calm. You'll also flow through more energizing sequences, building strength, endurance, and mental clarity.

Our exper instructor will guide you through each pose with attention to alignment and breath, creating a supportive environment where you can connect to your body and mind. Whether you're looking to relax or challenge yourself, this class offers an equanomous approach to yoga that adapts to your needs.
