About this Event

Thursdays Yin + Sound - 75 min class $27.99 Per Person

This 75-minute class begins with about 55 minutes of slow, supported Yin Yoga using long holds to help you settle in and unwind, giving your body time to release tension and find stillness within. We then move into an extended savasana accompanied by a gentle soundbath allowing the body and nervous system to rest deeply. You will leave feeling deeply grounded and relaxed. Soundbath includes crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and vocalization.

This class offers a slow, supportive practice designed to help you unwind and soften. These yoga poses are held for 2-5 minutes, giving your body time to release tension and find stillness within. A gentle reset for your body and nervous system. This can be a quiet space to breathe, let go of doing, and reconnect with yourself, just as you are as you are in this meditative state.

My hope is to create a gentle environment where yogis can find stillness within themselves.
