We warmly welcome you to Yin Song at Free Flow Yoga & Health in Murwillumbah, on Friday, February, 6th.
Our first event of 2026!! We are starting off the New Year with a mini tour on the East Coast.
Join us for a deeply nourishing, integrated journey of yin yoga, live music, cacao blessing, and sound bath.
We will be visiting Murwillumbah, The Gold Coast, Brisbane, Yamba, Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay
This immersive experience weaves restorative yin asana and guided meditation with the healing vibrations of sound and song, inviting you to slow down, breath, and reconnect.
Our intention is to cultivate and create a deeply relaxing, inspiring, and restorative space that enriches all of your senses ~ nourishing mind, body, and spirit ~ so you leave feeling revitalised, balanced, and harmonious.
Yin Song is suitable for all ages and bodies and requires no prior yoga experience.
What to bring: Water bottle, journal, your own personal mug (if you wish), yoga mat (provided, if needed) an open mind and heart and a willingness to receive and relax :)
