This practice will help you open your rib cage and deeply stretch your low back, hips and hamstrings. It is perfect for when you need a break from sitting to release tension in your lower body and to prepare you for a breath work (pranayama)/meditation practice. We'll also use Restorative poses and deep breathing to calm your mind. This practice is beginner friendly. Have a blanket and pillow/bolster for this class.
