Nidra (Yogic Sleep) helps you to slow down the body and mind to a state between waking and sleeping. This systematic meditation takes you through the four bodies of self through Yogic sleep and lucid dreaming. Allow yourself to sense a pure wholeness by surrendering, resting, and healing during this intrinsic process. It is said that 30-minute Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep.Class is 90 minutes total: 75 minute sequence and 15 min grounding and community share
Must arrive 10-15 minutes early to acquire a quiet space with your highest intention. No entrance permitted after the class starts at the scheduled time to avoid interruption.
Prepaid credit will be charged on late cancels (under 24 hours), no-shows, or late-shows. No exceptions will be made.
