We work with the seasons and meridians (energy channels).
Fire element, which governs four key meridians: the Heart (yin), Small Intestine (yang), Pericardium (yin), and Triple Heater/San Jiao (yang). These meridians, which mostly run along the arms, are active during summer, focusing on circulation, joy, communication, and emotional, mental, or spiritual balance.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket, you may also like to use Yoga blocks if you have them, a cushion or a pillow and a sleep mask for relaxation will help you to feel extra cosy for the Nidra relaxation...
