Each month we take inspiration from the seasons and cycles of nature to inspire our Yin & Yoga Nidra practice. Throughout spring we will explore the element of wood, a time of transition and growth and work with postures that target the liver & gall bladder meridians (energy channels)
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket, you may also like to use Yoga blocks if you have them, a cushion or a pillow and a sleep mask for relaxation will help you to feel extra cosy for the Nidra relaxation...
