Yin & Tonic Spring Equinox Restorative Workshop
Join us on the Spring Equinox for a restorative Yin Yoga workshop designed to support release and renewal. Yin yoga is a whole-body, meditative practice that supports the nervous system through long-held postures. For this offering, the focus intentionally moves into the lower body—legs, hips, pelvis, and belly. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these areas are home to the liver and kidney meridian channels, which govern how we process stress, emotion, and energy, and support detoxification and our life force energy. Through breathwork, Reiki, Thai touch, and extended rest, stagnant energy is invited to soften and move. Come be held. Leave lighter, steadier, and renewed.
