Nourished Self
✨ Do you often give more than you receive?
✨ Do you feel tired, unmotivated, or like your energy is slowly leaking away?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Spleen meridian is the energetic pathway that governs nourishment - not just through food, but through rest, care, boundaries, and self-worth. When this meridian is out of balance, we may feel depleted, mentally foggy, anxious, or weighed down by worry.
It’s the energy of overdoing. Of putting others first. Of pushing when the body is asking to pause.
The Spleen helps us digest life - to take in, transform, and feel supported from within. When it flows, we feel rooted and vital. We know how to care for others without abandoning ourselves.
In this Yin & Singing Bowls session, we’ll gently stimulate the Spleen meridian through targeted Yin Yoga postures, allowing deep release through the hips, inner thighs, and belly.
As you melt into stillness, the sound of Singing Bowls will bathe the body in vibration - helping clear stagnation and call the system back into balance.
✨ What shifts when you no longer have to earn your rest?
✨ What opens when you choose nourishment - not as a reward, but as a right?
You’re invited to experience all of this and more in our upcoming Yin & Singing Bowls workshop - a return to the Nourished Self.
