Yin & Reiki MASTERCLASSSATURDAY 21ST MAY at 2pm to 4pm
As we welcome in a fresh season, this is an opportunity to cultivate with new energy and intentions. This workshop is designed to stimulate the smooth flow of energy through the body’s meridian channels and helps to active, align, and balance the 7 main energy centres (chakras) by combining these powerful practices.
This practice will incorporate a grounding yin sequence with the help of reiki healing energy to clear stagnant energy and remove blockages. Ending with an extended meditation, offering the body time and space to deeply embrace the healing.
Combining these 2 powerful modalities to stimulate and soothe the flow of energy through the body's meridian channels to help activate, align and balance the 7 main energy centre chakras.
This workshop will be lead by our very own Sharmaine-Cherie and Bec Fletcher.
