You’ll be guided through long-held, supported yin yoga postures while gentle acupuncture works subtly beneath the surface to release tension and restore energetic flow.
The evening also includes a grounding ritual with blue lotus tea and a calming sound healing meditation to settle the mind and body into deep rest.
