Welcome to our monthly Yin & Yoga Nidra deep dive into relaxation. Each session starts with a yin sequenced designed to harmonise with the seasons, balance your energy and provide deep relaxation. After a short break, we'll finish with an original yoga nidra. All equipment is included, though feel free to bring your own mat, props and blanket if you prefer.
