Yin and Sound Bath ~Melt into Spring
As the seasons shift, we’re invited to soften, open, and let go of what winter asked us to hold.
Join us for Melt Into Spring, a 90-minute Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience guided by two practitioners, designed to help the body arrive, release, and receive.
Through long, grounding yin poses led by Sheree, and the immersive vibrations of a sound bath led by Kimberly, we create space for the nervous system to unwind and the body to gently transition into the energy of spring.
This experience is an invitation to:

✨ release what the previous season held
✨ welcome the new energy that awaits
Held at Mind Garden — A Gathering Place, a beautiful wellness space tucked into the corner of historic Folsom at 929 Sutter St., next to the light rail station at the end of Sutter.
