Yin Yoga, combines the use of Breathwork/ Meditation practices with Poses, involving long holds designed to release the fascia and return the body to a relaxed state.
Sound Healing is the use of various instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Drums, Flutes, Chimes and Gongs, to name a few, designed to create Binaral Beats that then send sound frequencies into the body.
The aim of Sound Healing is to relieve stress, release stuck emotions from the Body and create an overall sense of ease.
I hold Yin and Sound Bath sessions once a month on the Saturday of the Full Moon at
2 – 3.30PM at 173 Gildercliffe Street Scarborough.
Cost is: $35 for 90 mins
