Join us for a 90 minute yin practice guided by Beata while being serenaded by the wonderful musician Sophia Tuv.

Sophia Tuv is an internationally acclaimed traveling singer and musician passing through for one night only. She is a singer, song written, musician - specializing in meditative and healing music. Her music is
embedded with modern day prayer for healing and peace of all. Her ethereal voice has been known to awaken the souls of her listeners.

Beata a longtime part of the GSY community, teaching on our 200hr training, offering her wonderful Youth Yoga Training, and covering classes when she is available. She infuses playfulness, curiosity, and an open heart into her teaching and love to offer yin and sound healing, employing restorative movement and breath as tools for healing and revitalizing the body, mind, and spirit.
While everyone is welcome, this concert requires the ability to practice gentle yin yoga shapes (or to choose to rest) and listen to soulful music quietly for 90min. Please only bring your children if they are able to do so.
