Join Jade for an evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra inspired by the energy of late spring and the transition towards summer.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this seasonal shift invites movement, expansion and growth, but it can also leave us feeling overstimulated, depleted or disconnected from ourselves amongst the intensity and speed of modern life. This practice offers a space to slow down, regulate, reflect and reconnect.
Through long-held yin postures, breath and guided Yoga Nidra, we will support the body’s connective tissues, calm the mind and create space for rest and renewal. Inspired by the Wheel of the Year, this session honours the increasing light of the season whilst inviting balance, grounding and gentle inward listening.
Expect a deeply nourishing evening of stillness, softness and restoration.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
