Designed by women for women.
Your Employment Success (YES) is New Directions Career Center’s signature program. This course offering will be delivered in both a virtual and in-person classroom.
Participants are given support to identify their employment needs and develop a customized career plan that works for them. The holistic curriculum focuses on four components: 1) goal setting, 2) career exploration, 3) self-marketing, and 4) self-compassion.
And it all takes place in a very supportive, inclusive, and affirming small-group environment.

Course Dates: April 29 - June 5
Course Duration: 6 weeks
Class Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Class Time: 9:30 AM – 12 PM
PLEASE NOTE:
- This course is hybrid: in-person AND virtual classes
- Four of the 12 classes will be in person on Tuesdays at New Directions Career Center
Virtual classes are always facilitated live via Zoom.
All classes are facilitated by New Directions' instructors and community partners.
Fee: No-Cost. All we need is your commitment.

Upon registering for this course, you will be contacted via email by a member of the New Directions team to schedule a 1:1 orientation (via Zoom). All registrants must complete the orientation process in order to participate in the program.
