Yep Kitchen spent a decade living in the heart of China, eating their way around the country. Now, with their local knowledge and ingredients, they have created a range of super condiments showcasing the powerful flavours of the Southwest regions of Sichuan and Hunan.
Naksha creates gourmet, shelf stable recipe kits inspired by food from extraordinary places. With whole, small-batch ingredients, authentic recipes, and original hand-drawn art by emerging artists, our kits prove that simplicity & convenience are entirely compatible with a gastronomic wow-factor.
