In a cozy studio (75-80°F), you'll ease into long-held postures fully supported by props, allowing your body to completely relax and shift into "rest and digest" mode. Since you're not moving through dynamic poses, your body temperature will naturally cool, so if warmer classes aren't your thing, you'll feel right at home here.
This practice is accessible to everyone and perfect for closing the year with intention. Slip into your comfiest clothes, breathe deep, and welcome 2026 feeling restored.
