Join us for An Evening of Intention - Hosted by Lora & Kyle
Celebrate New Year's Eve with this 90 minute workshop, which includes: guided breath work, meditation, and visualization exercises to move into 2026 with clarity. Followed by a relaxing sound bath.

Please bring your mat, a blanket, a journal, and anything else you need to support your journey.
