Cleansing & Manifestation Sound Meditation
Join us for an immersive and purifying gong bath experience for Cleansing & Manifesting! To powerfully clear old energy that doesn't serve you, to recharge and restart, to make space to manifest whatever your heart desires in 2025.
During this unique event, you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gong duo (Earth & Sun), Himalayans bowls, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion instruments. Lie down, close your eyes, and let the gentle waves of sound wash over you.
Our experienced gong practitioner will guide you through the session, using a variety of sounds to create a harmonious and meditative atmosphere. The vibrations produced by the Earth and Sun gongs are believed to effectively purify dense energy, help release tension and reduce stress. When negativity is out of the way, the new mental space will naturally allow new possibilities to show up and to manifest your pure intentions.
Whether you're new to gong baths or a seasoned enthusiast, this event offers an opportunity to clean up old limiting thoughts or patterns, and recharge your energy. No previous experience is required, and all are welcome to attend.
Important: Yoga mat and light blankets are available. If you want extra comfort, bring extra layers, an eye pillow or eye mask. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and relaxation.
