About the speakers:
Onna Young is the Director of Sonoma SBDC. Her previous roles with SBDC include, Director of Centers for the NorCal Regional SBDC, Lead Advisor and Training Manager for Solano-Napa SBDC, which she held from 2019-2021. Since then, she’s trained over 4,000 of SBDC’s clients on topics ranging from starting-up to the nuances of sales operations, along with extensive deep dive marketing and leadership topics.
She has had an extensive experience in marketing, strategic consulting, practice management, revenue production, and lending.
Her early days in the working world, included working in publishing and advertising, at The Los Angeles Times. Her mentors include Aaron Ross, CEO, author and former VP of Sales for Salesforce.com, Tim Murrill, former VP of Global Sales for FedEx, and Naomi Cooper, CEO and Lead Generation experts / former VP of Marketing for 1-800-Dentist.
