The Space Between ... I have always found myself a little adrift between Christmas and New Years and because I suspect I am not alone in this; I have created a beautiful anchoring Restorative Yoga Class <3.

This class will weave guided meditation, with deeply restorative yoga poses and gentle grounding breath practices ... we will finish with a 5 minute 'free write' around our intentions for the calendar year 2026.
