Enlivening, stimulating, and motivating - welcome to YB ENERGISE!A practice which mixes flow and static movements, holding for 5-10 breaths per Asana and moving in a Yoga Flow style.
ENERGISE is for those who like to build up a bit of a sweat in their practice, working on strength and focus, but all ending in a well deserved relaxing Savasana.
A step up from our open level FLOW class, ENERGISE is open to all but some experience of Yoga would be a bonus!
You are required to fill in a liability waiver online or in studio prior to your first class, and upon any changes to your health and wellbeing.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and settle down.
This class is available in the studio and LIVE online via Zoom.
