Fun, friendly, and a little bit fiery- our BEGIN class with a bit of warmth!The studio will heat up to around 26-28 degrees as your experienced guide leads you through a steady and mindfully paced practice.
As well as Asana (the shapes) this class explores, meditation, mantra and more, all ending in a wonderful relaxation (Savasana).
A practice with a Yang to Yin approach, suitable for everyone, with plenty of options offered.
Leaving you feeling calm and balanced in mind, body, and soul.
This is a 45 minute class.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class to sign in and settle down.
This class is available in the studio and LIVE online via Zoom (without the heat)!
Not suitable for under 18's due to body heat regulation.
