Yarn Tales is hosting its very first YARN TASTING PARTY on October 9 from 5:00-7:00. For two hours and just $30, you can experience different kinds of yarns by simply swatching and absorbing the many characteristics that individual yarns portray as a knitted fabric. Think of the time and money saved by doing this little step! Don’t take the financial risk and spend valuable time buying a large quantity of pretty yarn, making a garment, and then discovering too late that the pretty yarn was the wrong kind of yarn for your sweater. Try before you buy!
A Yarn Tasting Party might be for you if:
-- You are thinking about making a Fall project and want to find a yarn that makes you happy.
-- You like swatching (some people sincerely do enjoy it, they exist, I know them).
-- You’re stuck in a bit of a rut and you’re ready for a gentle exercise to help you move outside of your comfort zone.

Each participant will receive six mini-skeins (10-20g each) of Berroco’s new yarns for Fall: Aurelia, Gianna, Mirelle, Emberstone, Vellina, and Ultra Alpaca Natural.
