About this Event
A fast-paced, hands-on intro to spray paint art designed for young people who want to try street-art techniques in a safe, supported setting. In this 30-minute workshop, participants will learn the basics of using spray paint—how to control distance, pressure, and movement—then experiment with simple layering, fades, and stencil-style effects to create their own mini canvas artwork to take home.Led by an experienced facilitator, the session is structured to be welcoming for beginners while still giving plenty of creative freedom. All materials are provided, and safety guidance is built in from the start so everyone can focus on making something bold and personal.
Who it’s for: Anyone, under 10's must be supported by an adult
What you’ll make: One spray-painted canvas to take home
Important: Participants must have a valid Yardworks festival ticket and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.
