A full mind, body & soul practice suitable for all levels. You will be guided through breath work (pranayama), Meditation, a full series of dynamic 'yang' yoga postures (Asana), slowing down into longer held 'yin' postures and finishing with a blissful and relaxing Savasana. Classes are suitable for all levels and beginners with a good level of general fitness are welcome!£8 per class
