Next Yamuna Body School is in Ibiza this October! - We are excited to be announcing our next Yamuna Body School Retreat taking place this October at Lighthouse Ibiza on the magical island of Ibiza, Spain. Yamuna is thrilled to offer the Body School alongside the powerful energizing, life expanding system called Energy Enhancement System (EES). Combining all of the Yamuna work with daily EES sessions will elevate everyone’s experience throughout the Body School. EES can accelerate the body in its own healing process. Yamuna developed the Body School to empower people, giving them confidence and wisdom to be able to self care for most of their body issues. Sample Schedule:
October 2: Lighthouse Ibiza will be open throughout the day if you wish to stop by and check in.
October 3-6: Body School Days
9am-10am Breathwork
30 min break
10:30-11-30 Foot Fitness
15 minute break
11:45-1:45 Body Focus
Time for You
2:30-4:30 EES
5-7 EES
Friday October 4th: Group dinner for those interested in experiencing a typical Ibicenco restaurant (additional fee 25-30euro)
Saturday October 5th: 7:30pm Closing Party at Yamuna and Yael’s Home
What you will need: Yamuna silver, gold/pearl, and black balls, foot wakers and foot savers
What is Included:
4 hours of group classes led by Yamuna Zake October 3-6
Everyday begins with 1 hour of breathing, then 1 hour of foot work followed by a different daily body theme (ie. hips, shoulders, back)
2 hours daily to EES treatment ($480 value) October 3-6 (2:30pm-4:30pm OR 5pm-7pm)
Additional Expenses:
Airport Transfers (50-75euro each way depending on # of passengers arriving/departing)
Accommodation for single and double room in nearby hotel or Apartment within walking distance to studio and beach (around 150-400euro/night). Some locations have been prebooked and will be given to those who are interested and reserve first.
