This Spanish retreat is a mind and body experience, you will go a long way to beat.
Each morning begins with 2 movement classes, followed by a delicious breakfast buffet to enjoy in the sunshine. A selection of fresh fruits, juices, yoghurts, fresh local meats, cheeses and breads, cereals and all the usual hot breakfast goodies.
After a leisurely breakfast, you have a couple of hours to yourself, catch some sun and relax by the pool, or maybe a kick back in the spa area. Each afternoon there will be an activity such as Stand up paddleboard, Arial Yoga and Meditation classes. During the retreat, there will be a varied timetable of classes to give you the full mind/body experience.
The evening meal is a lovely occasion to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
