Step into a midweek pause with a special one off Tuesday evening offering, a soulful yoga practice followed by a nourishing vegetarian supper, shared in community just across the road at The Yam Cafe!This evening flow will begin at 7.00pm at The Amethyst Cave, offering space to stretch, ground and open the body during a 60 minute dynamic vinyassa yoga session.
After class, we’ll wander over to The Yam Cafe to share a lovingly prepared seasonal meal around the table. This is a chance to extend the calm, connect with others and nourish yourself from the inside out.
All food is vegan, vibrant and made with care by Alana and George, the founders or The Yam. The menu is delicous and wholesome.
This is a cosy, seasonal event designed to bring people together in warmth and intention.
There are limited spaces available, so early booking is recommended.
