All Sales Final: No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers. All purchases are final.
COVID-19 Policy: Tickets remain non-refundable if you or your party contract COVID-19 or a similar illness. You agree not to attend if you have symptoms, tested positive, or were recently exposed and have not completed CDC-recommended quarantine.

Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued for the ticket’s face value only.
Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive all claims against the promoter for injury, property damage, or negligence.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates against any claims or legal action arising from your participation.
Arbitration: Any legal disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
