About this Event
Yakkie is BACK(ie)!!!
We are recording our album in April and honestly we can't wait to share it with the world! This show will offer you lot a sneak peek of the kind of sick riffs to expect and give us a chance to dust off our instruments before we hole ourselves away in Devon for a few days.
Come early for support! TARANTINA is a singer/producer making midnight loner pop and electronic art rock with homemade visuals.
We will have our gorgeous No Sweat ethically printed tees, which we would LOVE you to buy for fashion reasons and to help cover our recording costs. But let's be honest, it's mostly for fashion reasons, because they look SO GOOD.
Not familiar with Yakkie? We're made up of a mix of current and former members of Personal Best, Colour Me Wednesday, Dream Nails, itoldyouiwouldeatyou, Petrol Girls and a bunch more. We come from DIY punk but Yakkie is channeling our love of metal 🤘
SEE YOU IN THE PIT!

The Victoria has level access throughout. There is a small step at the entrance with a ramp available upon request. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the gig room. This toilet is also gender neutral, with additional gendered toilets in the front of the pub.
We will put out some chairs for those that need them.
The nearest stations are Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland. Local buses run from Dalston Lane around East London, nearby Kingsland Road can send you more central towards Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. There is no car park but there is limited street parking down the residential areas.
Please don't attend if you have covid-like symptoms! Testing is punk.
