Yakitori Tasting Menu
Join us at Binchoyaki in Sacramento's Japantown for an extraordinary evening of delicious foods and drinks to raise funds for All Over the Place's community center project in Oak Park, specifically the garden section.
The tasting menu will have each guest trying everything part of a locally raised chicken whether it be a single bite, or a beautifully crafted dish. Many components of the dinner incoropates the grill to enhance the flavors of the food. Sake pairing is curated by Binchoyaki's owner/chef, Craig Takehara, to perfectly compliment the night.
Indulge in a variety of traditional and modern yakitori dishes using local ingredients expertly curated/prepared by Chef Nathan Phang. Support from Chef Craig Takehara, Sous Chef Josh Yoder from Binchoyaki, and All Over the Place. Come savor this unique culinary experience that Sacramento has to offer.
