This workshop will demystify Y2 Yoga flow so that you have the knowledge to build a stronger more easeful practice. Day 1 will cover warm-up, breathing, and CORE WORK. Day 2 will cover standing sequences, heart openers, and closing options. Both days will build on your fundamental knowledge of the purpose of the postures and flows. ALL levels welcome!!!Details:
