Yoga-12 Step Recovery - Y12sr helps to connect the dots and create a sustainable platform for addiction recovery. Y12sr is a combination of a gentle yoga class combined with a recovery meeting where all A’s are welcome; those whose family members or friends are struggling with any type of addiction as well as people who are in their own relationship with addiction/path of recovery and discovery.
This combination of yoga & a meeting is perfect for people brand new to yoga and/or recovery as well as people who already have a yoga practice and a recovery program.
