XY – výstavy s procházkou jsou putovní přehlídkou současného umění v ulicích Olomouce. Během jediné podvečerní trasy projdete alternativní výstavní prostory a nezávislé galerie, objevíte různorodé přístupy k prezentaci umění a zažijete výstavy, které vznikají přímo pro konkrétní místa (site-specific).
Procházka má otevřený, neformální charakter – můžete se kdykoli připojit, na chvíli zůstat nebo pokračovat dál s proudem návštěvníků a užít si bohatý "vernisážový" program – hudební vystoupení, performance, projekce i drobné občerstvení.
11. ročník se soustředí na umělce spojené s Budapeští a proběhne ve čtvrtek 25. června 2026.

𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 / 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
The XY project, which was created in 2015 as a joint initiative of curators from Olomouc, offers exhibition hosting to authors from a selected artistic environment all on the same opening date. The travelling show has the character of a series of successive vernissages of contemporary art, all connected by a walk - the whole event takes place in one afternoon in the centre of Olomouc. Individual exhibitions then continue, the duration depending on the requirements of the galleries. The curators of the selected galleries have been representing the independent art scene in Olomouc for a long time, and within the framework of the XY show, they address professional as well as wide audience.
The 11th year of the walk is focused on artists associated with Budapest.
