About this Event
If you feel tight no matter how much you stretch, if you lose control at end range, or if your body always compensates in the same places, this weekend is for you.
Most people try to fix movement by forcing more flexibility or pushing harder in the gym. The problem is that stiffness and poor mechanics usually come from two things most programs ignore
1. How the body’s connective tissues are behaving
2. How you breathe when movement gets challenging
This two day weekend is built as one clear arc and is designed to create change you can actually feel. Day 1 teaches you how to reduce stiffness and move with more freedom and control without forcing stretches. Day 2 teaches you how to use breathing during movement so you feel more stable, less tense, and more coordinated.
You can attend either day on its own, but doing both days is strongly recommended if you want the full transformation.
Why this is a must, not a maybe
Because if you fix these two pieces, everything improves
- Your mobility feels easier and more natural
- Strength and training movements feel smoother and safer
- Your posture and control improve without you trying so hard
- You stop fighting your body and start understanding it
What you will walk away with
- Practical drills you can repeat at home or in the gym
- A clear understanding of why you feel tight or unstable and how to change it
- Simple tools that improve how you move, train, and recover
- A before and after spirometry breathing test on Day 2 so you can see what changed, not just hope it did
How the weekend works:
Day 1
Free Your Fascia
Led by Cian and Carolyn Dalton from The Stretch Space, Day 1 focuses on the tissues that influence stiffness and freedom of movement. This is not a stretch class. It is hands on education and practical movement work designed to help you feel less stuck, improve range and control, and give you strategies you can apply immediately.
You will learn
- Why some areas feel tight even when you stretch
- How to improve freedom and control without forcing range
- How to build movement options your body can access under real demand
Day 2
Breath Mechanics in Motion
Timing, Pressure, and Dynamic Action
In collaboration with XONE Performance, this day teaches breathing as a movement skill. Most people breathe fine at rest, then hold their breath or lose timing when they move. You will learn how to use breath during real movement so you feel more stable, less tense, and more coordinated.
We will also use simple principles from airflow and pressure physics, Boyle’s law, Bernoulli’s principle, and the Venturi effect, as easy language to explain why breath strategy can change movement outcomes.
Day 2 includes pre and post spirometry testing for every participant
This is not an add on. Testing is built into the day in a structured flow so you leave with both a felt experience and an objective before and after anchor.
If you want the full arc and the best value, grab the full weekend ticket. One day is optional, the weekend is the complete experience.
